This is your complete on-ice training for the summer of 2022.
Includes: Professional Instruction (18+hrs), 3 full weeks of camps, 10 hours of optional ice, plenty of time to rest! (Also includes jersey)
3 full weeks – 6 hrs of ice per week
10 Hrs of Optional Ice (Free)
* June 7, 8, 14, 15, 21, 22
* August 2, 3, 16, 17
10 hrs of "Optional ice" : We will have several hours throughout the summer that will be available for players when they want or feel like they need to get back on the ice. Every player is different and giving the players the "option" on wether or not they skate will help avoid the "burnout" . (The schedule for these sessions are below under skills sessions)
On-Ice Training: The ice sessions will focus mainly on individual skills to help your player get ready for the upcoming season. i.e. Passing, Shooting, Skating, Puck Handling, Small Area Games etc... Each player will have a video analysis of their skating stride by a professional skills coach
Plenty of time to rest:
We have worked into the schedule the "optional ice" and an "active" rest period. This is a very important aspect of your players summer development. We have 3 weeks in July with no ice booked. This is the time we recommend players stay active but stay away from the rink. Between letting your player decide which of the free optional skates to attend and a 3 week mandatory break, this should alleviate the "burnout" that happens way to often to amateur as well as Pro players.
